Privacy notice

This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use Donation Center.

1. Data we collect

• Account details: name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide it) and sign-in details.
• Usage details: sign-in times, device and browser information, IP address.
• Content you share: forms, messages, documents you upload.
• Consent records: which version of which document you accepted, and when.

2. Why we use your data

• To create your account and provide the service.
• To keep your account and the site secure and to prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you and send required notices.
• To send marketing messages if you have agreed — you can withdraw this permission at any time.
• To meet our legal obligations.

3. Sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• We share it, only as far as needed, with providers that help us run the service (hosting, e-mail, payments).
• Your account is held on our service provider's infrastructure and may also be used with other services that run on the same infrastructure; those services only see your account once you join them.
• We may share it with authorities where the law requires.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the service needs it and the law requires. Consent records may be kept after your account is closed, as proof of the consent you gave.

5. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to restrict its processing, and you can withdraw optional permissions on the Account › My consents page. The law where you live may give you further rights.

6. Security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data; no system is entirely without risk.

7. Updates

We may update this notice; each version is published with its date.

8. Contact

You can send privacy requests through the site's contact page.
