Help with electricity, gas and water bills for families struggling through the winter.
Purpose
In winter, heating and utility bills are often the heaviest cost for families on low incomes. This program pays part of those bills directly, so families do not have to choose between heat and other basic needs.
Who it reaches
Families identified with local distribution partners, in the first country where the program opens.
How it will run
- 1Needs are assessed with local partners and a list of families is drawn up and verified.
- 2The budget per family and the number of families are set from the funds raised.
- 3Bills are paid directly to utility providers wherever possible, and every payment is reported.
This program is not collecting separate donations right now
You can give to the General Fund. The Donation Board shares the fund among this and other programs according to need.
