DONATE Tokenomics

The economic model behind Donate Token: supply, allocation, rewards, network effects and the relationship between utility, demand and value.

Growth, network effects and value

Platform scale and holder demand

DONATE links token demand to the real-world scale of Donation Center. As campaign volume, supporter participation and platform services expand, demand to acquire and hold DONATE meets a permanently capped supply.

Three core economic rules

A fixed total supply, controlled multi-year pool releases and burning tied to eligible net DONATE service spending are the model's three core rules. Burn and campaign-lifeline return amounts are calculated from actual eligible net spending. Spending tokens received as rewards is not the same transaction as buying new tokens on the market.

Market price formation

Potential appreciation rests on the relationship between genuine buying demand and tokens entering circulation. As the platform grows, rising usage and demand meet a limited, shrinking supply; buying and selling demand, vesting releases, liquidity and market conditions together set the price.

Partner network and ecosystem utility

Our partner-network strategy aims to extend holding- or usage-based discounts, loyalty benefits and service privileges beyond Donation Center. Each programme explains which advantages depend on holding DONATE and which depend on using it.

Holding framework and boundaries

Holding DONATE combines potential market-value appreciation, ongoing demand for platform services and concrete benefits governed by programme terms. None of these provides equity or an automatic share of platform revenue.

Supply and allocation

DONATE has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The ERC-20 contract on the Base network creates the supply once and contains no mint function. Burning reduces total supply. Pool releases and vesting schedules govern how tokens enter circulation.

An allocation is not the same as circulating supply. A reserve does not imply a sale, exchange listing or immediate distribution.

Controlled distribution

Annual budget ceiling

The two reward pools hold 45% of the total supply: 450,000,000 DONATE. The model sets an annual release budget at 20% of each pool's available opening balance. A token year begins in the activation month and contains twelve monthly periods.

Monthly periods and daily quotas

Monthly caps use the remaining annual budget and remaining periods. Daily quotas limit instant support, while accrued rewards follow period-end checks. Returned tokens replenish the pool but do not automatically increase the current year's distribution budget.

Illustration: the two pools' first full-year budget is at most 90,000,000 DONATE under the initial assumptions. This is the most that can be released in a year. Partial activation months, programme shares, eligibility and unused budgets affect actual releases.

Recognition and reward rules

Campaign lifeline
The base lifeline is 1,000 DONATE per eligible campaign, once only; the first 100 qualifying lifeline grants include 5,000 extra DONATE under the same vault rules. Distribution is governed by a daily quota: when a day's quota is full, the grant waits and is retried on following days for up to 30 days while the campaign remains open.
Donor recognition
The base rate is 10 DONATE per USD-equivalent eligible donation paid out to its campaign owner. A pledge or pending payment alone is insufficient; a 20,000 DONATE per-person period cap and period budget scaling apply.
Campaign achievements
Target-based campaigns have base achievement amounts of 1,000 DONATE for halfway and another 1,000 for reaching the goal, subject to payout verification, the campaign cap and period scaling. Open-ended campaigns do not receive milestone rewards.
First-donation and invitation recognition
Base bonuses of 200 DONATE for a qualifying first donation and 500 for the person who invited are calculated once cumulative eligible paid-out donations reach 50 USD. Attribution checks, campaign/person caps and period budget scaling apply.

Budget scaling: All stated reward figures are base rates and apply within the period budget. When total accrued demand in a period exceeds a programme's period budget, all rewards scale down proportionally (scale = period budget ÷ total demand) so the budget is never exceeded.

Campaign limit: Cumulative personal rewards generated by a campaign are capped at 50% of the net platform fee collected from that campaign, converted at the calculation reference (for example, at a 3% fee, at most 15 DONATE per 1 USD donated). Priority is donor rewards first, then achievements, then bonuses; any excess remains in the pool. Seed support uses its own separate quota.

Person limit and settlement timing: Achievement, invitation and first-donation bonuses share a 50,000 DONATE lifetime cap per person (the base donor reward is excluded). A seven-day post-period hold, refund/eligibility checks and budget scaling determine the final settled reward.

Campaign token balances

Campaign lifeline balance

Campaign lifeline belongs to a campaign vault and is used for eligible visibility services. For a target-based campaign that reaches its goal, the remainder follows the first eligible campaign payout to the owner. If the campaign ends below target, the remainder returns to its source pool. Open-ended campaigns use lifeline only for eligible services; the remainder returns when they end.

Community token support

Community token support is kept separately and is not available for the owner's Boost spending. It follows the first eligible campaign payout to the owner, or returns to contributors if the campaign definitively ends without a payout.

Token balances are not monetary donations and are excluded from the campaign's money raised.

Service use, burn and return

Boost and eligible platform services connect DONATE to practical use. After service refunds and period settlement, net eligible spending is split as follows:

Allocated to burning
50%
Returned to campaign lifeline
50%

An internal burn allocation and a verified on-chain burn are separate records and must be reconciled. Returning tokens to a pool does not automatically expand its annual budget.

Custody and vesting

Custody model and Safe separation

Circulation follows a controlled, staged approach. In the initial stage, balances stay exclusively in Donation Center platform wallets; withdrawals to personal external wallets and peer-to-peer market sales are closed. Internal wallet-to-wallet transfers and direct token acquisition run under defined limits and terms when their respective programme and acquisition windows open. Multisignature Safes separate distribution, treasury and cold-storage roles.

Circulation stages and operating rules

Area / OperationInitial Stage (Platform Wallet)Market Circulation Stage
Balance custody and external withdrawalHeld exclusively in Donation Center platform wallets; external personal wallet withdrawals are closed.External withdrawals to verified personal wallets open through a controlled milestone.
Wallet-to-wallet transfers and campaign supportWhen the respective programme features are enabled, internal wallet transfers and campaign token support operate under daily/monthly limits and security checks.Internal platform utility and transfer rules continue alongside chain reconciliation.
Token acquisition and market tradingNo peer-to-peer secondary market trading or order book; direct token acquisition runs during the sale windows and terms the platform opens.Open-market trading begins; market price forms through buying and selling demand and circulating supply.
Team, investor and platform poolsReward, ecosystem, treasury, liquidity, investor and public sale pools are segregated in multisignature Safes by platform rule; the team allocation is the only pool locked by an on-chain vesting contract (FbsVestingWallet).Market opening does not trigger a bulk release: the team share follows its on-chain contract schedule and investor holdings follow their allocation terms and Safe governance rules.

Team allocation and vesting schedule

The team allocation is 100 million DONATE. Its configured schedule is a 365-day cliff from the contract start, followed by 1,095 days of linear release. The vesting contract (FbsVestingWallet) beneficiary cannot be changed.

Investor locks and liquidity reserve

Market opening does not release team and investor allocations all at once. The team share is bound to the on-chain vesting contract, while investor holdings in the multisignature Safe follow their allocation terms and gradual-release rules; liquidity reserves serve the separately governed market phase.

Internal ledger and chain reconciliation

Internal reward and transfer records are distinct from chain transactions. Reconciliation checks the relationship between the ledger, custody balances, supply, vesting and verified burns; not every internal transaction is an individual blockchain transaction.

Calculation reference and token rights

Calculation reference and market price

During the public sale, DONATE is bought at the unit price the platform sets. The model's 0.001 USD reference is an initial parameter for service and reward calculations, not a second token price. In the open-market stage, price forms through buying and selling demand and circulating supply.

Stages and opening gates

Platform wallets, external-wallet transfers and open-market circulation are separate stages. Opening conditions and locks govern each stage.

Scope of rights and audit table

DONATE does not by itself confer equity, venture ownership, revenue share, automatic voting rights or guaranteed yield. Service prices, programme rules and operational limits are governed parameters; their values are separate from the fixed total supply and immutable contract schedules.

Immutable in Smart Contracts (FbsToken.sol & FbsVestingWallet.sol)

  • 1,000,000,000 DONATE total supply is minted once in the constructor when the contract is created; the contract has no mint function
  • ERC20Burnable burn mechanism: burned tokens permanently reduce total supply
  • One-way on-chain transfer switch (enableTransfers): once opened, transfers cannot be closed again; while transfers are closed, only allowlisted addresses can transfer and the contract owner (Owner Safe) manages the allowlist
  • Team vesting contract (FbsVestingWallet): 365-day cliff + 1,095-day linear release schedule defined in the contract, with a beneficiary that cannot be changed (BeneficiaryIsFixed)

Platform Engine & Multisig Safe Governance (Off-Contract)

  • Usage boundaries and investor release schedules for the reward, ecosystem, treasury, liquidity and investor pools held in allowlisted multisignature Safes (there is no separate on-chain investor vesting contract; governed by Safe and platform rules)
  • The 20% annual release ceiling, period/daily quotas and ledger-to-chain reconciliation
  • Platform service (Boost) pricing, initial calculation reference, direct acquisition windows, reward rates, user-to-user transfer limits and the timing of external withdrawals and market opening
