Ways to Donate Safely

Review the Campaign

Carefully review the campaign before donating:

• Check the campaign creator's profile
• Evaluate whether the stated purpose is realistic
• Read updates and supporter comments
• Look for the "Verified" badge on the campaign page

Choose Your Donation Amount

• Choose an amount that fits your budget
• Regular small donations can create big impacts
• Consider reward-based donation options

Payment Security

• Pay only through the campaign's checkout on Donation Center; avoid external links and addresses sent to you privately
• Send on the network shown at checkout — a payment sent on a different network may not arrive
• Keep the transaction ID of your payment; it lets you verify your donation on the blockchain

Where Your Donation Waits

Your donation does not go straight to the campaign owner. It is held in Donation Center's escrow wallet until the campaign ends and has been reviewed, and then released to the campaign owner. If a campaign is cancelled, donations in escrow can be refunded.
